About Nathan
Since 1992, I have been a part of almost every facet of the real estate industry. I have been Certified Real Estate appraiser in Washington State for nearly 20 years. A portion of this time has been spent as a licensed agent and consultant. I am a published course author of CE credits nationally for agents/brokers.
I have enjoyed a radio show as host and author, “The Real Estate Soap Box”. In addition, I have helped design back office software plug in for Intuit QuickBooks for brokers and represented the international company at tradeshows including the NAR 2008 show in Las Vegas.
It is this career/life experience that naturally led me into Life and business coaching for the real estate industry. Real Estate is so much more than sales and transactions. It’s about real people with real lives that involve selling. I believe the more complete a person can be the more successful they can be.
Beyond real estate, I have been in the music industry being a semi finalist on Star Search Seattle. As a singer/songwriter, I have found a great creative outlet.
As an avid athelete my entire life, I combine many of the learned skills of sports and fitness into business. Not only are there many similarities but the better you feel the more success you will have.
